Prime Store – Terms of Service (TOS)

  • No refunds. All sales are final.
  • 3-day warranty on delivered products.
  • No warranty for Discord revokes. Replacements are only provided with 100% valid proof and the original Order ID. Compensation may be a replacement, store balance, or coupon code at our discretion.
  • Prime Store is only responsible for our own service. We are not liable for issues caused by suppliers or third-party providers.
  • Customers are responsible for sending the correct payment amount. Incorrect payments are non-refundable.
  • PayPal Friends & Family only, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to take the time necessary to process orders and replacements.
